  Stir Fry Pacific Clams with Broccoli

The broccoli was slightly boiled with boiling water to maintain the crunchiness and to prevent the loss of the fiber nutrients.

Pacific clams was slightly boiled with boiling water for few secs before a quick stir-fry with minced garlic and sakura cut-out carrot & broccoli stem slices.

I used the pacific clams from New Moon and texture is good with the control of the cooking time as clams can become very rubbery texture if overcooked. Although the clams can be eaten directly without any cooking, I still feel more comfortable to have them cooked slightly without compromising the texture.
