Cheesy Minced Pork Potato (06 Aug 12)

New Creation

I mixed mashed potato with marinated minced pork, shiitake mushroom cubes & carrot cubes. Topped with cheese when it is still hot so that the cheese will slower melt on it..

Just playing around with the ingredients.. luckily it turned out quite nice - hubby said it's nice ^_^
