Pickled Green Chillies
Pickled green chillies are the perfect accompaniment for fried mee hoon, hor fun, fried rice, etc. Since I have vinegar at home, I decided to make a bottle of pickled green chillies since they keep well in the fridge ^_^
The fresh green chillies need to be set aside in the vinegar & sugar for a day before the fresh green colour of the chillies became dull green colour.
