Mee Hoon Kway 
When I misses my mother's mee hoon kway and I don't want to trouble her to make.. I will go through the trouble to make a pot of mee hoon kway at home for our meal.
This time I added wolfberries and cracked an rare egg in each bowl before scooping the mee hoon kway into the bowls (copy what the mee hoon kway stall's staff is doing).
Our simple lunch.
