My Version

After my hubby & I tried the noodles (last photo) in Hong Kong, I have decided to try it out at home when we are back home in Singapore.

I am so enthusiastic that I went straight to buy all the ingredients and work on it for our simple lunch. 

For the braised chicken wings, I used dark sauce to braise them, so it is very dark but my hubby loved the wings, especially the braised sauce which I added to the noodles.

Although the taste is different from the ones we have tasted in Hong Kong but I am satisfied with this meal, especially when my hubby enjoyed it so much! Heehee..
