Noodles with Stir-Fry Clams & Shiitakes

The shiitake sliced mushrooms were loaded with flavor as I braised them with sauces, wolfberries and garlic cloves. Using the traditional way, I used the water that is used to soak the dried shiitake as the stock for maximum flavor. I then quickly stir-fry the clams (cooked in boiling water for secs) with the shiitake mushroom in a pan together for the spring onions and oyster sauce for a few secs. To me, it was a very yummy dish : )

However, the noodles is too cold as I cooked them too early. The sauce poured onto the noodles are not salty enough too.. too bland. 

Regardless how good or how bad my cooking skill was on that particular day, my hubby always finished up all the food without failed as he always very appreciative towards my effort in cooking. His appreciative really made me feel so blessed to have him as my husband!
