材炖汤 Herbal Soup

Personally, I feel that this herbal soup is not as tasty as the chicken herbal soup I prepared previously. Normally I use chicken for this kind of herbal soup but this time round I used lean meat. Preparing this soup with chicken, it is tastier & sweeter.

As usual, I always cook soup in slow heat for 3 hours. The taste is still good but I just find it not as sweet as compared to using chicken for the soup.
