

This is an expensive fish. It is named Ikan Kurau / Threadfin (午鱼 /马友鱼).
It was brought by my dad and he want me to bring it back home to cook.
Even since I started cooking the steamed teochew style fish with good texture, I began to love steaming fish. Although I don't like to eat fish but surprising I enjoyed eating my home-cooked steamed fish.
I added wolfberries on top of the spring onions and gingers.
